Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. Dark chocolate also works well. For an extra-thick shake, freeze the 1/2 cup of milk in ice cube trays and use those in place of some of the regular ice. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the chocolate flavor. For a mocha version, add a shot of espresso to the blender.
