For a crispier crust, bake on a pizza stone. If you don't have dry milk powder, you can omit it, but it does add a nice tenderness to the crust. Feel free to experiment with adding herbs or spices to the dough for extra flavor. Make sure your yeast is active! If it doesn't bubble when mixed with warm water, it may be old and you'll need to get new yeast. Brush the crust with olive oil before adding toppings for extra flavor and a golden crust.
