If you don't have rice vinegar on hand, you can substitute with white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar. Feel free to add other vegetables to the stir-fry, such as bell peppers, carrots, or snap peas. Adjust the amount of red chile paste in the dipping sauce to your personal preference for spiciness. Sriracha or chili garlic sauce can also be used. For a gluten-free version, use tamari instead of soy sauce.
