Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Prepare a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil on a baking sheet. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Place the salmon fillet in the center of the foil. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil. Generously pour this luscious mixture over the salmon, ensuring it's well coated. (5 minutes)

03

Step

In a separate bowl, combine the sugar snap peas, sliced mushrooms, and sweet chili sauce. Toss gently to coat. Scatter the vibrant vegetables around the salmon, creating a colorful bed. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Carefully fold the foil over the salmon and vegetables, creating a tightly sealed packet. Ensure there are no openings to allow steam to escape during baking. (5 minutes)

05

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until the salmon is flaky and cooked through, approximately 25 minutes. Carefully open the foil packet (steam will escape!). (25 minutes)

06

Step

For a beautifully caramelized glaze, broil on low for an additional 5 minutes, keeping a close watch to prevent burning. (5 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey-soy mixture for at least 30 minutes before baking.
Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference and what's in season. Bell peppers, zucchini, or broccoli florets would all be excellent additions.
If grilling, place the foil packet over medium heat for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for added visual appeal and flavor.
