For a richer coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee. To toast the walnuts, spread them on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until fragrant. For a fudgier bar, slightly underbake. For a cakier bar, bake until just set. Store cooled bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
