Follow The Directions

01

Step

Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by lightly coating the bottom with cooking spray. (1 minute)

02

Step

Evenly distribute half of the dry-roasted peanuts across the bottom of the prepared dish, creating a foundation of nutty goodness. (2 minutes)

03

Step

In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter chips, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth, approximately 5 minutes. Incorporate the miniature marshmallows, stirring until they are completely melted and the mixture is homogeneous. (10 minutes)

04

Step

Pour the luscious peanut butter and marshmallow mixture over the peanut base in the baking dish, ensuring an even distribution. Sprinkle the remaining half of the dry-roasted peanuts over the top, gently pressing them into the mixture. (5 minutes)

05

Step

Transfer the baking dish to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 to 2 hours, or until the bars are firm enough to cut. (120 minutes)

06

Step

Once chilled, cut the PayDay® Bars into your desired size and shape. Serve and savor the salty-sweet perfection!

For a richer flavor, use salted butter.
To prevent sticking, line the baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
If you prefer a softer bar, chill for a shorter amount of time.
Experiment with different types of nuts, such as cashews or almonds, for a unique twist.
Store leftover bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Instead of marshmallows, you can also use marshmallow fluff for a slightly different texture.

Be careful not to overcook the mixture, or the bars will be too hard.

I added a layer of caramel sauce before the top peanuts and it was amazing!
