Pour the chilled mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze. Every 30 minutes, whisk the mixture vigorously to break up ice crystals. Repeat this process for 2-3 hours until the sorbet reaches your desired consistency. Adjust the amount of sugar to your preference, depending on the sweetness of your pineapple.
